Processing Time

All custom hat orders are made to order.

Standard production time is 5–10 business days after artwork approval.

During peak seasons or large-batch orders (50+ hats), processing may extend up to 15 business days.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the continental United States.

Orders under $75 are charged real-time carrier-calculated rates based on total order weight and delivery location.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

If you select an upgraded shipping method (for example, USPS Priority or UPS Ground), those rates and delivery times are provided directly by the carrier.

Upgraded services do not reduce production time, only transit time.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping and local pickup are not available at this time.

Shipping Protection

We recommend selecting Route Package Protection (or a similar insurance option) at checkout to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mountaintop Designs is not responsible for theft, loss, or delivery errors beyond our control.

Tracking and Notifications

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees and any associated return shipping costs.
